What to Expect

During this session you’ll:

Clarify the culture and behaviours that support rapid growth and high performance.
Explore tools and routines that embed values and improve decision-making across your organisation.
Discuss how resilient cultures adapt in the face of uncertainty, disruption and change.

This isn’t generic leadership theory, it’s focused on real challenges faced by scaling organisations.

The event will also include the opportunity for an optional behind-the-scenes stadium tour (subject to availability).
