Event Information

This workshop explores the growing importance of purpose-driven business through a personal leadership story and discussion of changing consumer, investor, and employee expectations. Participants will reflect on their own purpose, explore opportunities for creative entrepreneurs, and examine the key drivers of long-term value, including community, authenticity, impact, innovation, and relationships. The session concludes with an audience Q&A.

Duncan is a purpose-driven chief executive, investor and non-executive board adviser with more than 25 years of experience building organisations that deliver both commercial success and meaningful social impact. His career has spanned private family offices, private equity, impact investment, international development and founding growth businesses, with a consistent focus on helping organisations scale sustainably while staying true to their values.

The future belongs to organisations that create value on multiple levels. The most exciting businesses of the next decade won’t simply make money; they’ll solve problems, build communities, develop talent and leave the world better than they found it.
