Finance Accelerator – Confirmation of assistance form

This support has been provided under the UK Subsidy Control regime as Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA). This is the value of the subsidy awarded to your business for this support (Gross Grant Equivalent). By accepting this support, you confirm that the total amount of MFA your business or organisation has received within the current and previous two financial years, including this award, does not exceed the £315,000 limit permitted under Section 36 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022. You also confirm that you are responsible for keeping records of all subsidies received and for ensuring that acceptance of this support does not cause your organisation to exceed the cumulative MFA threshold. This subsidy will be recorded and may need to be declared to other public authorities if you apply for additional support in future.
