Young people across Greater Lincolnshire can now access a series of free online employability modules designed to help them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for education, training, and employment.
Developed in partnership with local employers, education providers, and industry experts, the modules form part of the Skill Set Challenge – a flexible, easy-to-use resource for schools, colleges, and learners.
What is the Skill Set Challenge?
The Skill Set Challenge has been designed to help young people develop the practical skills employers value most. Through a series of short online modules, learners can gain insight from local employers and industry professionals while building confidence in key areas such as interviews, CV writing, communication, and personal development.
Whether used in the classroom, during careers activities, or independently at home, the modules provide accessible, real-world support that can help young people feel more prepared for future opportunities.
