Have your say in the Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland Local Skills Improvement Plan survey

Published on: 07/02/2023

Inflation and increased living costs have left many Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland businesses struggling to recruit and retain team members. When combined with a limited number of those with the skills needed to carry out specialist roles, finding the right employees can often prove difficult.

Through the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), a programme from Department for Education, you now have the opportunity to help shape the future skills profile of Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland.

We’re partnering with the local LSIP delivery body, the FSB, to gain your input on this most critical issue. Together, we are consulting with employers like you across the area to gain a better understanding of your current experiences in order to determine what skills our region wants and needs for local businesses to truly thrive.

Please take part in the online survey before the 28th February 2023, and be sure to share the link with your network. Don’t miss your chance to make your voice heard and support our current and future generation of Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland talent!
