This 4-week cohort-based programme brings together business owners and leaders for a mix of expert-led sessions, peer learning, and personalised business insight. You’ll walk away with fresh ideas, practical tools, and a clear action plan for your next steps.
Programme Format
- Onboarding – Welcome to the programme! Meet your advisor and get ready for what’s ahead.
- Business Healthcheck – A 1-2-1 session with your dedicated Business Boost Advisor to understand where you’re at and identify key priorities.
- Bootcamp Day 1 – A full-day, in-person session to kick off the cohort experience, introduce key concepts, and build momentum.
- Two weeks of masterclasses – Each week includes two 90-minute online sessions covering essential business topics like Attracting Talent, Knowing Your Numbers, Imposter Syndrome, and more.
- Bootcamp Day 2 – Another energising full-day session to bring everything together, create your business action plan, and set goals for the future.

Restrictions
The programme is designed for those in Retail, Leisure and Hospitality but is open to all small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Greater Lincolnshire.
