What is the Business Support?

Our AI Accelerator Programme is designed to guide Lincolnshire business leaders through the journey of AI adoption, from overcoming initial barriers to implementing practical, AI-driven solutions.

The programme, delivered by Emma Ellse, begins by addressing common mindset challenges around AI, helping businesses understand how AI can streamline daily tasks, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences. Participants will explore practical, no-code AI tools that can be integrated into their operations right away, providing immediate value and efficiency gains.

As the programme progresses, participants will move from using AI tools to building their own custom AI solutions. They will learn how to create their own GPT models and develop tailored AI systems that solve specific business problems.

The course concludes with an in-person Demo Day, where participants will showcase their AI implementations or present their Proof of Concept (PoC) ideas, receiving valuable feedback and guidance.

Throughout the journey, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and support needed to fully harness the power of AI in their businesses, driving growth and innovation.
