Lincoln City Foundation, the charity of Lincoln City Football Club, delivers programmes in education, sport, physical activity, health and wellbeing across Lincolnshire.
With ambitions to expand its reach and deliver lasting benefits for local communities, the charity wanted to explore ways to diversify its income and build a more sustainable future.
Through Business Lincolnshire’s Next Level programme, Lincoln City Foundation gained valuable insights into business growth, leadership, stakeholder engagement and internal processes. The programme also provided opportunities to learn from established businesses and share experiences with other local organisations.
This support has helped the charity review its approach to growth and consider the foundations needed to expand sustainably while continuing to deliver meaningful community programmes.
