After experiencing rapid growth, Little Crafters Boxes, an alternative education and manufacturing company, turned to Business Lincolnshire for support in managing its expansion and improving operational efficiency.
The business, which manufactures educational craft models and provides alternative education services for children across the UK, had doubled in size each year for three consecutive years. As demand increased, it needed support to strengthen its processes, manage recruitment and prepare for further growth.
