What is the Business Support?
The programme aims to help Greater Lincolnshire more energy efficient until March 2021, through two different strands within it.
Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) with less than 250 employees with under a £50million turnover, this can be sole traders, limited companies etc.; as long as they either provide a service or trade can benefit from this strand.
Grants for businesses could be offered of up to 38% of the cost of making changes to make businesses more energy efficient, examples are upgrading to LED lighting, or new boilers/heating systems.
Businesses that are eligible could be offered a range of services to support their needs including energy awareness training or dedicated onsite support. The training and support is with the programme’s partner, the University of Applied Sciences Trier’s Institut fur angewandtes Stroffstrom management (IfaS). There will be workshops available for the business’ needs, and after completing 12 hours, businesses will receive a FREE energy gift worth up to £500.
Check that your business’ postcode is eligible and fill out a form that takes around 8 minutes. This form will be sent to our Business Funding Manager who will then be in contact as soon as possible.
