If talking to another person can help, call Lincolnshire’s new Mental Health Helpline now on 0800 001 4331 - it’s open 24/7.

Workforce Matters has released several resources to help keep your mental wellbeing in check. From tips on coping with social isolation and the move to working from home, to advice for leaders hoping to guide your team during this period of uncertainty, these resources are available to download below.

We have also collaborated with the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Lincolnshire LEP to create a new HR support forum, to help businesses with a range of issues during trying time.
